Our custom design process typically follows these steps:

1. Design: Bring in a picture or sketch of a desired design and will use this as a basis for the design we will provide to you.
   
   
2. Wax Version: For testing purposes, we will then make a wax version of the design to ensure we are meeting our customer’s expectation. From here, we ask for approval.
   
   
3. Casting: The casting phase provides a rough version of the piece and includes setting of any stones.
   
   
4. Delivery: Once the casting phase is complete, it is time to deliver the final product to you.
